Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will share our passion for food and hospitality, aiming to provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience. This role involves everything from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon their arrival.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them to the kitchen staff and bar as necessary.
• Serve food and drinks, check-in to ensure guest satisfaction, and manage any additional requests.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server is a fast-paced environment.
• Wine Knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
